Silhouette Blades

1 mm Ratchet Blade - The Regular Blade - Type A is a heavy-duty blade for Silhouette Portrait 4 and Cameo 4 and above (Type C). With a 3mm tungsten tip, it cuts deep through dense materials like chipboard, leather, rubber foam and heavier fabrics. This manual blade is adjustable and built for rugged use. It ensures the thickest craft media can be sliced accurately. Ideal for advanced crafters, this blade enables complex cutting projects on heavy materials that standard blades cannot handle.

Premium Blade - The Premium Blade is made of a sintered tungsten alloy composed of super-fine powder for extra durability. It can provide up to three times the lifespan of a regular blade under normal cutting conditions.

Silhouette blades provide the ability to cut various standard materials with a Silhouette precision cutting machine. This includes paper, cardstock, vinyl, vellum, heat transfer material, sticker sheets, and select specialty media.

Deep-Cut Blade - The 2mm Blade is ideal for cutting thicker materials, such as craft foam along with other select soft materials up to 2mm thickness.

Pen Holder - Type A (3 pack) is the original pen adapter for Silhouette Portrait and Cameo machines (Portrait 1/2, Cameo 1/2/3). It converts the cutter into a drawing tool. The package includes the pen holder and three color-coded adapters for different pen thicknesses. You use it by inserting a pen and locking it to the specified pen size, then having the machine “draw” your designs. This holder works with standard pens and thin markers, making it easy to add sketches, hand lettering or drawn shapes to your craft projects.

Rotary Blade - Type C is a specialty blade for fabric and soft material cutting on Silhouette machines (Portrait 3, Cameo 4 and higher). It has a rolling tip that gently penetrates fabric rather than dragging. This lets it cleanly cut cloth, knit, felt and other textiles without catching. It’s held in the blade housing like a normal blade but designed specifically for textiles. Using this blade, crafters can cut custom fabric shapes and patterns smoothly on Silhouette machines, expanding into sewing and quilting projects.

Punch Tool - The Punch Tool - Type C is a non-powered punching tool for Silhouette machines. It attaches to the Silhouette tool holder and punches small decorative holes in paper and cardstock by pressing down manually (or by using the machine’s up/down motion). It’s often used for creating stitch or perforation effects. This manual punch is useful for simple designs and can be used for things like simulated stitching lines. It works like a tiny punch tool when mounted in the machine.

Pen Holder -  Type C (4 pack) is an upgraded pen adapter for large-format Silhouette machines (Cameo 5, Curio 2, Cameo Pro MKII). It has a wider pen barrel, accommodating extra-large pens or markers (even chisel-tip markers), as well as standard pens. Four adapters (small to extra-large) are included to fit pens of various sizes. By placing this holder in the machine alongside a blade, you can sketch and cut in one job. It lets you easily add bold hand-drawn elements or calligraphy to your projects on supported machines.
